  1. Hi uktank,

Congrats on having yet another successful month of selling options. Every single one of the February options were in the red during that sell off and only recently came back into the black.

I find it interesting that you are selling some long dated options (the Jan 2011 ones) in order to pick up some decent potential yields. Would you be willing to explain your thought process behind the trades?

    Regards,
    MM

  2. By the way, where did you get these 300 shares of UNG to sell? I see the same sale reported last December. It would be nice if you could come up with a way show which shares you are in possession of at the end of each expiration.

  3. hi mm,

    thank you for your comments.

i have 2 long dated positions this month based on my perception of the 2 ETFs in the long term. i have the confidence in GDX and XLE as these are highly regarded commodities that i think will move up in the long term.

yes, the 300 shares is a oopy and paste mistake. :) rectified already, thank you for highlighting it out.

    uktank
